It's the dress, it doesn't suit her body, it makes her look really skinny and awkward... but she isn't that skinny, I looked just like that when I was her age, I didn't start gaining until I was around 17-18 (I'm 18 now). She's probably going through the same thing as I did, it'll be alright, nothing dangerous.

Dakota is still a maturing young teen... I mean she's 14 her size is definitely normal. She's gorgeous though! Her mother isn't very big at all either, she is very petite and thin. Most likely that will be Dakota's body shape as most girls develop similarly to their mothers. Stop judging her, you're all just jealous you aren't nearly as successful as she is.
