Disney pulled the episode to re-evaulate it, to make sure it handled the diabetes story properly. It's very importmant to Disney that it doesn't seem like they are making fun of people with diabetes or giving misinformation about the disease.

In the opening credits they mixed Miley's voice with emily osment's. She sings the line 'when your famous it can be kinda fun.' That's when you can really hear her.
