I really don't think Joe would've broken it off with Tay unless he was REALLY into this other girl...which is exactly why Camilla makes sense - He's been practically in love with her for years..and finally he meets her and has a chance with her..of course he'd act on a whim and leave a current gf for the "girl of his dreams"
