Stephanie met youth sensation Madison Delagarza at Demi Lovato's Citadel performance. Steph said, 'We got to Citadel around 3:30, the ceremony started at 5.
People camped out, and it was so packed that we had to stand outside of the barricades. Dallas who is so perky and sweet. She had a shopping bag and showed us her dress for the AMAs! And told us what Demi was going to wear as well.
When she came back she seemed really moody, she kind of ignored the fans and walked into her trailer. But when she came out she was smiling and laughing, took pics with people and signed! Hm, bipolar? Not sure.. but she's a nice girl.'
