yes she does she has time miley is a lot more busier than her and she went to a hospital to sing autographs and sings songs to sick children she not only donated money but she took the day to bring children smiles and caroling with her father and sing to sick children.
i dont think she trying to get nick attention miley has always done charity work when she was on the tour she always went to sick children hospitals to visit them on different cities on top of that she has a foundation under her papi name her grandfather that died for charity. she also does charity for her birthday on every birthday instead of thinking of herself she makes sure that her perfomance goes to charity one of them this year was for cancer research 1 million dollars, that was last year on her birthday she donated from the tour and 1 million dollar for the power of youth this year on her birthday i dont remember the year before that but she not only help sich children and people did you know she helps charities with endanger animals as well. did any of you know that she help shelter of animals as well!
