She is reportedly fighting with Billy Ray and Tish over her relationship with underwear model Justin Gaston. Miley wants legal emancipation [To 'divorce' her parents] so that she can have total control over her career, finances, and decisions. An insider revealed that Billy Ray no longer approves of the romance:
