Robert Pattinson to replace Russell Brand in Pirates of the Caribbean 4? It is now rumored that Robert will be cast a Jack Sparrow's [Johnny Depp] brother in a plot that will revolve around Jack. Russell was said to be in the running to play the brother, but after he angered Disney by slamming the Jonas Brothers' virginity at the VMAs, he will be replaced.

In my opinion, Disney just wants Rpattz to play a character in the movie because he is the hottest actor right now. Of course, Disney's selfish desires to gain more popularity and $$$, they will try to get the most popular guy right now so they could reach their stupid desires. I swear, the industry is only about the $$$. If I were Rpattz, I wouldn't take the role because Disney will just suck him in and spit him out once he's no longer popular.
