I'm not insulting you. I'm just disagreeing. I'm pretty sure that I'm older than you (again, just saying), and I can say from experience that people who never do "scandalous" stuff don't exist. People who hide the fact that they do scandalous stuff do exist. That's why I like Miley (as a person). Did she take revealing photos? Yes. Has she made mistakes? Yes. I don't agree with her dating a 20-year-old, but my parents are also four years apart so I can't complain (Demi is also dating someone above the 3-year age limit; does this make her a bad person?).

You're just a kid, I get that. But if I had kids your age, I'd want them to go out and live life--with all of its ups and downs--rather than act like perfect little princesses all the time. It makes going into the real world a little easier, let me tell you.

because you're right, those definitely aren't bracelet marks. I mean I've even had really tight elastic hair things on my wrist all night when I've forgotten to take them off, and it will leave a really red ring around my ENTIRE wrist, and practically cut off circulation. but by the middle of the next day, it's completely gone. some of those pictures have.. scabs :( bracelets don't cut into you skin, they can like, indent but that doesn't cause it to break. if it did break the skin you'd immdeiately take them off, because you do bleeding everywhere you have a bracelet. And it wouldn't happen over and over, different months, different events.
