first of all this performance with ridiculous.
the background dancers looked like stripper cops.
the sunglasses in doors is just annoying.
and the outfits were HIDEOUS.

He was not lipsynching.
He was actually singing, BUT there was a backtrack. So technically, he's not lipsynching because he really is using his voice, but he did use another tape of some sort in the background. So, technically not lipsynching.
