she's a great actress, but i think she's a bit too young for the role. i mean i know jane looks pretty young, but i think dakota would look too young.

NO NO NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! she's a good actress and all...but she's not JANE! first, jane has BROWN hair! and second, if they chose a big star like dakota fanning, it'll portray the wrong image!! jane is an evil little girl and i dont think ppl will get that impression from dakota fanning cuz they'll think of all the other roles she's played. i hope that summit entertainment and chris weitz (director) realize this. and if not, i hope stephenie meyer realizes this.

HONESTLY. jane probably won't have that big of an effing role in the movie. so just because she's in it for like a minute or two, does not mean you have to go kill yourself.

If Dakota wants this part, she'll get it.They need to stop acting like there's anyone better up for the part. Dakota is the best of the best. I mean, this isn't exactly a serious movie, it has Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart as leads. Their only hesitation should be worrying that Dakota will make all the other actors look like jokes by comparison, which she will.

Oh my gosh, okay Dakota Fannig is a great actress but I don't know if having an evil role will portray her wrong or something? But that money stuffed down her bra already kinda does... :P

Dakota is an AMAZING actress, if you see her in some of her movies and behind the scene she is absolutely fearless of the camera, shes a natural. I think shes the perfect part.
