Isn't it possible that whoever scribbled over Demi's picture could have done it when he/she was younger? And so maybe that means that that person didn't like her back then for immature kid reasons and likes her now? Just because there are scribbles over her picture doesn't mean that person hates her now. I know when I was in 1st grade I scribbled over people's pictures, but that was just because I didnt like them then..Doesn't mean that if I were to hang out with them now that I would still hate or dislike them.
