my seats were in the 3rd level up and they were $82. I think some of the seats were like $250 +

I seriously doubt she HAD to lower her ticket prices. You don't sell over 2 million records in less then 2 months and have no one show up at your concerts. The tickets just went on sale and the dates aren't for another couple of months. If they were selling badly they probably would've waited a little longer to see if they picked up before lowering the prices.
