i'm a fan of both JB and Taylor, and they both sounded off key.
JB has more of an excuse, they sang Tonight and Burnin' UP, both of which are difficult to sing live, although they have performed those songs better in the past.
yeah, maybe Taylor had an off day. i've heard her live before, and she's usually much better than that. i'm sure it didn't help that it was freezing, and she was also probably nervous. she WAS the first one to perform after all. and she's never performed on new years at times square before.

but all in all they both didn't sound their best...
