I think Daniel Roebaugh should have played the dad. He was the dad on Agent Cody Banks and looks much older than this guy, so he would not look too young to be a father to Kevin. Daniel is also very funny when he wants to be. He played Mr Artz on Lost as well, the survivor from a few eppies til he blew himself up with the dynamite
