because Disney thinks the whole fucking world loves that bobblehead on the show. Just like they think everyone loves the JB's..

First the show isn't canceled. Current production is on hiatus which means they're taking a break, most likely to see how they should continue after the movie. If things go well they will probably have a season 4 or even better, there is some speculation in the trades of taking it to Prime time like they tried to do with Lizzie McGuire. It's rating are still stronger than any other show on Disney and it's maturing along with it's fan base so it is a good choice to go Prime time.

Second, From what I have observed Miley and the Cyrus family in general seem close and they seem to learn from their mistakes. Unforntually some people like to exploit those mistakes over and over again. I doubt that Noah will be repeating her sisters mistakes should she choose to take the same route as Miley in the entertainment industry. In fact having Miley for a big sister should be benificial since Noah has a role model to follow. By Role Model, I mean she simply has to watch Miley and learn what not to do, but also she can learn what to do as well and how to properly handle any mistakes she may make.

Hopefully Noah DOESN'T turn into Miley. And if she does, let's hope it's for the better.
