I think the negative attention that surrounded it hurt Joe really badly, therefore causing him to be careful with his actions. Thats why he is quiet now. Thats why he is extremely serious, and unlike the random, crazy person he used to be. But on top of all of that, I think its just him growing up. He cant be young and crazy forever you know. Ofcourse he can act funny, but since hes getting older, he isn't going to act like a 17 year old, since...well...hes 19.

And even more so, in the "Burnin Up" book, he said that hes always had a more quiet side to him that he never got to show in all of those youtube videos and interviews, and performing onstage. I think hes just starting to show that side of himself.

The idea of an open relationship is to spend time with someone you like without the pressure of thinking it is a "forever" relationship. It gives you a chance to get to know them and decide if you want to be serious with them or not. There is nothing wrong or non Christian about it. I saw a poll on Women's Health magazine this morning about just this subject, and about 50% of the women polled said they had dated more than one guy at a time, so it is quite common among adults.
