Jonas Brothers WORLD TOUR UPDATE
EDIT: From NickJOnline: Jonas Brothers will be in Madrid, Spain on their mini tour promotional of the 3D Movie in June. The show will be on June 13 in the stadium 'Palacio de los Deportes'. They've announced 'surprises' on stage. Tickets to the Madrid concert will be on sale in March 12.
Jonas Brothers Theater Invasion, World Tour update: What a weekend! We have traveled so much over the last few days trying to see as many of our fans as possible. It was an unbelievable experience to go to the different places and pop in on our fans. We will never forget the looks on the faces of the people in the theaters when we just walked in. It is worth it to see this kind of reaction.
We have been reading your comments and messages on all of our sites throughout the weekend. Thank you for letting us know how much you enjoyed the movie. It really is something we are proud of and excited for people to see.
Thank you for going to the midnight screenings, multiple screenings of the movie, inviting your friends, uploading videos and pictures, etc. It is a tough time for many right now and we are thankful to you for choosing to come to our movie this weekend.Here is the list of cities we visited: 1. LA - 1st Midnight screening,
2. Nyack, NY - This was our first stop on Saturday, 3. Charlotte, NC,
4. Atlanta, GA, 5. Dallas, TX, 6. Austin, TX - 1st stop on the 2nd day,
7. Las Vegas, 8. San Francisco,
Then back home to LA.
We went more than 6,000 miles in 2 1/2 days. The best part was seeing
the faces of the people we surprised AND reading your comments just
before and after the flights. We have been told that the people that
saw the movie LOVED the movie. Don't forget to let your friends know
that it was fun for you.
WORLD TOUR: Just as an FYI.. we will be
announcing our World Tour dates VERY SOON. Where would you like us to
go? We are finalizing our plans for the US and Canada. We would love to
hear from you as we prepare the final details there. We also want to

Just saying girlies, being the curious girl I am, I calculated some numbers to figure out this whole JB3Dp presale issue.
Here are my results.
700 theatres x 250 seats = 175 000 tickets per showing.
175 000 tickets a showing x approximately 6 showings on opening day (the day the sold out)= 1,050,000 tickets.
1,050,000 tickets x 15$ a ticket= 15,750,000
Thats just if they sold out 700 just on opening day (correct me if I'm wrong and if it was in fact opening weekend, if its opening weekend they made even more!). Then add up all the other theatres across North America. So ya, why aren't the box office numbers showing this? Just my observations, so please do not bash me!

selling out a theater does not necessarily mean they sold out every showing for that theater, just that that theater did indeed have a sold out show. plus, obviously you can't assume every theater has 250 seats, for some areas that is a stretch. and im not really sure where this sold out 700 theaters really came from to begin with.
