There really aren't that many successful 16 year old there. A lot of people will call them successful for being rich and popular, but those things do not make her powerful in my view of it. When she does work of really great quality (and she's getting there, her music seems to be getting better and better) and her acting improves and she is respected by her peers then I would absolutely regard her as successful and powerful.
