That twitter account isn't hers then. She's turning 20 today she's born in 1989. Back in '08 she and AJ had their joint 16/18 birthdays on one of those MTV super sweet sixteen shows because their birthdays are 3 weeks apart(They also made a movie based on the show that aired the same day). So that's proof that she's 20 not 19.

maybe you should look around the internet like wikipedia that has a bio of them and their age rather than rely on twitter.
