I found this in an other post, and I think u need to read it.

Has anyone thought of this - maybe Miley HAS to keep quiet right now. Maybe she is being sworn to secrecy for several reasons. Think of this - how do you know that her plan *IS* to go back to Nick and he may even actually be helping her right now to *ease* Justin out of her life? Think facts - like it or not, Justin has been a true and close friend to Miley and her entire family during one of the most trying times of her life (the fallout of the breakup w/ Nick, the PR/picture fiasco last spring, etc). Justin came in and saved her and made her happy again when she hadn't been in a very long time. How can anyone (yes, even Nick himself) expect her to just deny all that happened w/ Justin those months and simply wipe away and forget any real feelings she had developed for him over the months Nick was with Selena. That's unfair for us or Nick or ANYONE to expect of any caring, feeling person to do. And, it is NOT fair. In my opinion, I honestly believe Miley wants Nick back, but is in the very unfortunate and very sensitive position of doing it the right way, causing Justin as little pain as possible. Also, Justin has come to really depend upon her family, I believe. They really helped him out alot, and to just dump him and not communicate w/ him or whatever would be outright cruel. He didn't ask for this to happen, either. He is only guilty of one thing, and that is loving Miley. Why hate on the poor guy for that? He is doing what ANY of us would've done in his position - love Miley! I would'nt be surprised that Nick and maybe even his family, etc may even be trying to help Miley in this situation. Who knows Justin's mindset, maybe a heartless sudden breakup would send someone like him over the edge. Remember, he isn't used to all this fame like Miley or the JBs are. He's just a regular guy, for the most part. In the end, I think it's SERIOUSLY time for everyone to take a big step back, let Miley make her moves the way she knows is right, and let's just see how it all plays out. We DO NOT need to hate her, or quit following her or anything like that. I really believe she has no choice in what is happening right now, and must do things carefully and in a very controlled way. Let's give her, Justin and Nick the space she is asking for right now as her true and LOYAL fans - I have a feeling you will all like the ending anyway.
