Though it's fair to say she did deserve a nomination i don't believe she deserves to win. She did well but next to all the nominees her performance was standard. Amanda Seyfried, Frieda Pinto, Ashley Tidale and Vanessa Hudgens all had better performances as far as acting they deserve the award. But i'd give Miley best song for a movie no doubt. I do feel the nomination is valid and i'm not at all going against her, i like her. But fair game is that she shouldn't win for breakthrough actor.

I think this award show is a mix of pop culture as well as film. I don't see why Miley is the headline for this post though. There are several other posts on Ashley Tisdale and Vanessa Hudgens who are also nominated. Miley's nomination is valid, but i must admit i'd vote for Frieda or Vanessa. Frieda did beautifull tackling a young girl in an abusive relationship trying to find her childhood sweet heart whom she believe is her soul mate. And Vanessa surprised me, by playing the smart misunderstood girl tackling her mind over her heart. Miley did well playing this role but she didn't captivate the role in my opinion.
I get the nomination but i don't understand how she deserves to win next to the other actresses? If Miley wins it's only due to popularity not talent in acting.
