Agreed. I'm a die hard Miley fan, and I was really impressed with her acting, but I don't agree with Frieda either, her character was relevant but SHE didn't have much screentime, for half of the movie it was the little girls playing the younger version. It's not like she was the star or anything. I would vote for Kat or Miley, because Vanessa and Ashley is basically the same, HSM split all of the on-screen time. It's not like they carried the whole movie. I am definitely voting for her song though, it's been very well recieved and she performs it so well.

No, for me it's like those kinds of roles could have been filled by anyone, the kind of character they play doesn't have much personality. She plays this girl who grew up with the main character, and the main character loves her, that's it for her. I take back what I said about Vanessa and Ashley, yes the characters they played did have to show emotions throughout the movie. Don't get me wrong, Frieda is pretty good, but just this particular movie did not seem like much a break through with her acting. Kat Dennings is hilarious though, and I haven't started voting yet, but i'll probably vote a couple times for the both of them. (Kat and Miley)
