Nessa has reached a settlement in a breach of contract lawsuit brought against her by a music producer she worked with earlier in her career. Plaintiff Johnny Vieira said that the two sides had come to an 'amicable resolution'.
A trial on his claim that vanessa owed him at least $5 million in proceeds from the level of stardom he helped her achieve was to begin May 11. Vanessa is 'glad to be able to resolve the issues in a mutually agreeable fashion.'
