As much as I love her, I don't think she's quite broke in yet in fame to be considered as a "Most Powerful Celebrity". Neither is Demi. Give them a few years to break in more.

Oprah actually has a school for girls she opened in south africa, charities for aids patients, paying for some kids to try to go mto college. Do you look at the Oprah show? She actually sponsers alot of charities and try to help families in need. She even build houses for some katrina victims and paid their mortgages off and help unemployed people get jobs. Angelina and Brad campaigns for aids victims also and children living in poverty and even visited war torn places. They also helped buld homes for katrina victims. Sean Penn did the same thing. I'm not the other person you replied to, but don't say Miley does more charities and help people more than other celebrities when her charities look like pebbles compared to other celebrities. I can go down the list on other celebrities good doings, but it will be to long. I love Miley, but don't try to make her higher than what she truly is.

I do not get why Angelina Jolie is getting so much credit.. She may be "powerfull" as people say, but i dont find that she deserves to be in that spot she is now. She's getting too much credit for what she has done, although helping hungry and less fortunate children is great. Thats my opinion on Angie, but i still kinda love her.

If her "D" list father got her a job with "Disney" then explain to me why every "A" list parent who has a kid can't get their kids into shows??? A lot of singers and actors a lot more famous and with a lot more pull than Billy Ray have tried to get their kid(s) into show business and failed. So since they couldn't then your argument FAIL's

She got the part on her own. Yeah, her parents being able to take a lot of trips to Hollywood for auditions may have helped, but what about all the 1000's (according to Disney) who lived in and around Hollywood, many of whom had famous parents and better acting resumes and didn't need to travel. They didn't get the part.

And she gets most of her fame and money from her acting and singing, not her running around Hollywood. If thats all you have to do to be famous then every teen star in Hollywood would be famous, because they all run around, you just don't hear about it. I remenber before Miley's so called scandals hit, I could go to almost every teen stars (web sites) from Nick and Disney and find stuff just as bad as everyone say Miley did, but as soon as Miley's scandals hit the news and Gossip sites, all the sites got cleaned up. Funny how that works. Good thing Miley has the strenght to handle it, while everyone else ran and hide their misdeeds. Taste in Music, singing style and voice and acting abiltiy is a personal taste, and people should not make their preferences the only ones that people can choose.

I like her and almost all of the Disney and Nick stars. They all have talent.
