There were two.
The first one I understand why, because they started playing Jamie Foxx's horrible rant to her (which is just rude IMO) and her publicist cut the station off.

The second I don't understand. They asked her about Nick and she was answering the question (it wasn't anything major, just "was he in Savannah?") and she got cut off again.

Both stations got pissed. The first one played it back from the time Miley was cut off, because he told miley that he had a list of things he wasn't allowed to ask her, and then proceeded to ask her whether she recieved an official apology from Foxx. When they listened to it, they realized Miley was actually going to answer the question and did not blame her for anything.

Kidd Kraddick was also cut off, and while he was pissed at the publicist, he made it known that he was not mad at miley, but the publicist was making her look bad. The reason for the cut off there was they simply ran out of time.
