Wonder Girls Writing, Composing Songs With The JONAS Brothers
Jonas Brothers World 2009 [American leg] openers the Wonder Girls will soon release English versions of their Korean hit songs Nobody & Tell Me, according to AllKPop. JYP Entertainment representative:
'Wonder Girls had signed with one of Hollywood's top talent agencies, CAA in October 2008. They also inked a contract with Jonas Brothers company, Jonas Group to join them on their concert tour. Their full-length English album will be available in September or October.'
On their Nobody lead single: 'Through discussions with CAA and Jonas Group, they felt that Nobody had an irresistible charm surrounding it. The music and overall feel of the song were perfect plus it helped to accentuate the image..
..of the Wonder Girls very well. Industry critics in America also felt that the retro 80s disco style of Nobody would be particularly refreshing, especially in the American music scene.'
WG's producer: 'Although the Wonder Girls and I are kinda nervous, we are also contended and excited about this at the same time. This is something that we have planned together for a long time, so I am sure we will not let everyone down. We hope that everyone will continue to show their support for us.'
From MyDaily: The Wonder Girls' English album will have songs written and composed by Jonas Brothers. The girls will also work with the Jonas Brothers to come up with an electronic house number.

lol i love jpop/jrock/asian music. but i am seriously surprised about the wonder girls touring with the jb. not just cuz it seems like a random pairing, but because asian artists have had a really tough time making it in america. its really hard for asians to make it big here. even if they are mixed too. so i wonder if they will do well. if they do, i hope itll like make a precedent for more asian artists to be able to crossover to america. off the top of my head i can only really think of utada hikaru as being a success, not huge success, but a success compared to other asian artists in america. and i know people like boa and se7en are currently trying to do so too. i just honestly dont see it happening tho

I'm Chinese American, and I go to a high school full of Asians and so half of them all know the Wonder Girls.
FYI Wonder Girls are extremely popular in South Korea. So I hope nobody here thinks in any way the Wonder Girls are "using" the Jonas Brothers. Because it's not like the Jonas Brothers are that popular in Asia so it's more like a win win situation.

Guys don't attack me, but I thinnk Miley sounds horrible on "Before the Storm". I usually like her voice, but it does not sound good at all. Even after they probably edited about a million times. It would have been so much better if Nick sang it himself. Her voice does not even come close to his.
