Emma Watson Brown Uni Confirmation
Emma Watson confirmed to PASTE that she is going to Brown University in Rhode Island: I am off to Brown, which is an Ivy League establishment in the US. I've got a place there to read literature. Is that a deliberate career choice?
Oh yes, very definitely. I hope to do quite well with my A Levels [she's being modest, she achieved straight A's in her chosen subjects, English literature, geography and art, as well as seven A's and three A* at GCSE level] and
they've provisionally accepted me, so I'm off to study.
Do you want to step out of the spotlight for a while? It's not so much that, no,
I'm not trying to hide or anything like that. It sounds so geeky, but I really do like studying and reading, and if I'm not working on Harry Potter, then my greatest relaxation is to sit with a book. That's how I escape stress, in literature.
I always have several books on the go at any one moment, so it's no good you asking 'What's on the bedside table at the moment, Emma?' because often I can't even see the table! I think that all that reading is just about the only similarity I have with Hermione, if you ask me.

i visited brown. didn't like it too much, i found the campus itself kind of run down. but its an ivy league school, so they automatically do think they're better than everyone else no matter what their campus looks like.

dood my friend made it into duke. she was so surprised. but most of our senior class is going to colleges in california, as am i. only a few of us are going out of state. i just wonder if i actually applied to any of the ivies if i would get into one. i only applied to 5 colleges all in california lol.

my sis went to ucla tho. she graduated about 3-4yrs ago. i got into ucla, but i just dont wanna live in socal lol. i dont think i could stand the weather there all the time.
this one guy i know tho that i didnt rly keep in touch with got into university of chicago. i was so happy that he was some cocky bitch that didnt get into any of the top schools he wanted, until he got accepted into u of c. he was snobby before, but that shit just totally inflated his ego.

Hello. I'm a student in Mexico and will be attending Brown as an international student this fall. I'm so excited to go and more excited now that I know Emma will be attending. And I definitely know why she choose Brown it's so beautiful and peaceful up there. :)
