I'm happy for her, she barely promoted it, she only did a live chat.
This is kind of what the HMTM soundtrack sold in it's first week and it didn't make it to number 1 either until weeks later.
She sold really well for a soundtrack, those usually don't sell that way.
Hopefully it makes it to number 1, If it doesn't, number 2 is still good, you can't be number 1 at everything.

Damn, I know the haters are going to pounce on this and act like it failed.
Number 2 is really good, it could easily go to number 1 or go down, at least it's selling.

First of all, this is a soundtrack, it's proven that soundtracks sell less then albums.
People were saying that because last year JB almost sold double that in the first week, hell I thought it was good, but you know how people are on Oceanup.

No, the girl was saying, the critics or whoever, doesn't consider FULL Hannah albums as Miley Cyrus. When the HM movie soundtrack went to #1, they kept saying it was her THIRD album to do so, because they didn't count the first Hannah album since she sings it as Hannah. you have your facts wrong. you are comparing jbs worldwide sales to taylors US sales (which are t 7.5 million) you are also comparing jbs 3 albums who have been released worldwide sicne the beginning, to taylors 1 album that was just released this year over seas. all you proved is how much she is still kicking their ass with 2 albums (including debut) compared to their 3 albums (NOT including debut)

#2 is very good for a 3rd soundrack..specially with the HM the movie soundtrack out recently....the real fail here is TAYLOR SWIFT'S FEARLESS is still #8 while JB's album is alreay #10.... :|

Her latest "slutty pics" came out last AUGUST! That's practically a YEAR ago! You don't try to like her! If you did, you would have found plenty of reasons to like her by now. She donates to charity, visited sick children in the hospital, wrote a song about saving the environment (wake up america), she traded in her convertable for a more eco friendly prius, etc....

Yeah it's true I know, I'm a fan of both, Jb's and Taylor and I think Fearless is better than Albl but my friend Lvatt is better than Fearless, I'm not saying is bad, but it's not that good, honestly I don't get why it sold so many copies but the thing is Lvatt is doing well, the album already went platinum in Mexico and Argentina, it debuted #1 in 15 countries and that is pretty darn good, I think that being number one if you are a pop artist is really hard, with all the competition, but the thing is I think Fearless doesn't deserve still being Number eight, it's just ridiculous.

That's a lame reason, it's way harder to make it outside your own country, Jonas brothers sold A LOT of copies in some countries that don't even speak english, I mean most of the competition is in the Usa, but to make it big outside is harder, it's not your country and you have all the fucking local competition plus other international artists that sell all around in the world.
There's no point in selling so much fucking records in your country if you can't even sell 100,000 copies outside especially if your singles are being whored out everywhere, taylor got lots of helps from Disney outside America, her song Love Story was part of some RADIO DISNEY album with Miley's, Jb's and Demi's songs, Disney Channel plays Love story, Radio disney plays Love story, the song has been REJCTED by almost the whole worldwide poblation, and that's a fact after two weeks of being out Fearless got uneviable in many countries because it did HORRIBLE, and it also got help from Disney, yet Demi sold more.

actually it didnt fail worldwide. it actually did better then LVTT for the most part. LVTT did well in South america - thats where the countries come from. But overall Fearless has done better.

that's not true. Fearless has done very well internationally; in some countries it has done better the LVTT. Radio Disney and Hollywood records are two different things. Radio Disney does not promote, they just play her music, as does any radio station. You are trying to make a case that her album is not doing well overseas, when it actually is.

No, but she still sells more than them.
Jonas brothers are a rock/pop BOY BAND, they are DISNEY, they actually sell a lor for what they fucking are, they appeal to kids and teenagers, not adults, boys hate them, they have lots of things against them, and they still sell albums like hot cakes, they are overexposed, they choose the worst singles, yet they are still fucking succesfull.

Another thign working against Jb is a lack of promotion for this album. Akll they did was Letterman and GMA this time around whereas before they not only hit every talk show circuit but also did zillions of radio interviews. Plus Burnin Up is way more radiof riendly than Paranoid even if I find Paranoid far superior.

Plus JB alienated Taylor AND Miley fans that were fans of thesres and of all tween star fanbases to alienate..BIG MISTAKE.

Well you gotta admit something, I live in LA, and I NEVER heard of her until I heard Joe was dating her, neither my friends, Radios from La never played her songs so I just didn't know her and I never heard one of her songs until she appeared in the 3d movie, so for most of the people she is new, of course she always had her loyal nashville supporters and her always been fans but she IS a new sound.
