As far as I can see, Papa J said the boys are not splitting up, and probably won't do so for atleast a year or until Kevin gets married. But even then, on twitter Joe and Nick said they look forward to having her join them on the road, does that mean they have no intentions of stopping the band?

They're my inspiration. I was diagnosed with Crohn's disease a few years ago and I turned to them when I was in the hospital, so they've always had a special place in my heart. If that was lost, it would be a big blow.
I'm really happy about Kevin and Danielle. I don't know anything about Dani, but from what I know of Kevin, he'll probably be a great dad/husband. But, I don't know him personally, so I can't really say. Congrats to them though!

When he said they're not splitting up, obviously he's talking about them as a band. I really don't think they have any intentions of leaving the band just yet. Their fame has not died down completely yet, they are still playing at full arenas, they are still mobbed, they are still talked about. Even the media isn't implying that it's time for them to stop, and they have expressed interest in touring years down the road. I'm not denying any breaks or anything, or seperate projects, but I think they will always be a band. Maybe they won't release albums for a while, and maybe those crazy fan girls will move on. But the real and true fans who loves JB for their music and who they are as a band, and what they represent, not because they're hot, they will always have those. I think it's going to make it easy for them to breathe, too, don't you think? I'm sure the whole "OMGZZZZZ I LOVE YOU, MARRY ME, I AM GOING TO KILL THAT BITCH YOU'RE DATING!" lifestyle is getting a little old for them.

Call me a cynic but I think these rumors are true Papa J would have denied them if they weren't.JB and their management know exactly what they're doing. I feel like they're trying to break everything to us gently. First if was the Larry King interview, then Kevins engagement, and now a hiatus and solo projects? All of this is happening for a reason...it's not a coincidence. Everythings changing.

When he said they're not splitting up, obviously he's talking about them as a band. I really don't think they have any intentions of leaving the band just yet. Their fame has not died down completely yet, they are still playing at full arenas, they are still mobbed, they are still talked about. Even the media isn't implying that it's time for them to stop, and they have expressed interest in touring years down the road. I'm not denying any breaks or anything, or seperate projects, but I think they will always be a band. Maybe they won't release albums for a while, and maybe those crazy fan girls will move on. But the real and true fans who loves JB for their music and who they are as a band, and what they represent, not because they're hot, they will always have those. I think it's going to make it easy for them to breathe, too, don't you think?
