i thought the preview was nice. i didn't see anymore editing on her then i did on the hannah soundtrack. which yes, there are a few songs where i question the amount of work done to sound more 'pop' then she actually is. i would say the most layered and worked on would be meaghen's song is anything. she's nearly drowned out by background instrumental as is. but i definitely think selena held her own. i usually expect worse since people are so 'omg' about it, but definitely not bad at all.

It wasn't her voice at all. A week after that episode premiered I watched the Lindsey Lohan movie "Get A Clue" and that song with the exact voice was played in the movie. So they basically took a song and made it look like it was really Selena singing.

i thought the same thing! haha. i think it was the 'sweet' but i def heard the gwen in selena. its cute though. hehe.

1.Demi has got a lovely voice, when she's not screaming which is 99% of the time. She seems to me like she's trying too hard to be edgy and rock and all that when she's a little 16 year old kid. seriously. sing ballads or something that suits your voice.
2. Miley has got a...unique voice. It's not bad but she's no whitney houston either. I like her music and I think she's smart enough or well her team is smart enough to know what works for her, so she doesen't embarass herself.
