Yes she is... it's normal because it's her first album.

Demi's not that great of a singer. sure she's got a wide vocal range, but she's always taking breaths as if she can't breathe when she sings. and live, she's not so good either. her performance on the View wasn't that good, and the background singers were doing most of the work.

Selena is just starting out and she's getting vocal lessons. You never know if she can get better at singing. Miley's voice had changed a bit, I've noticed. I actually disliked Miley's music before because I thought she was just a terrible singer. But now her voice has matured more and I like it. So basically it can happen to Selena too. She's not great I'll admit that, but she can get better. I also think she should stay as an actress since she's better at acting. Although, you never know if she too can become a better singer :)

Based on badly Falling Down has done. I doubt the album will sell well
