I didn't like a lot of songs i heard from the other, smaller previews of the songs - but now, after hearing the new samples, it def sounds better. The music kinda reminds me of Avril Lavigne's Old music and the voice is like Ashlee Simpson in some songs. And you've heard like only one live song. I want you to hear all the songs from the album LIVE or at least bits of it!

I agree. I actually liked Falling Down alot reminds me of Ashlee Simpson but I still didn't know what to expect but I loved the preview of her album really surprised me in a good way.

Now way! Hilary Duff, Raven Symone, Christy carlson Romano, and a huge group of others started singing before Miley even entered the Disney scene. Jb were already singers before Disney and so was Demi she just wasn't famous. I think Miley was just the first new disney star to launch her singing career.

I think they're both completely differnet but in a good way. Either way when it comes down to it they're both kinda family films. Can't wait to see them both do something different. Though the Last Song is more than a family film.

Wow! Though I'm a fan of Miley I'm not a huge fan so therefore I've never been on her site. But she charges for people to be on it? Thats kind of harsh. I think I'll like both movies alot. I adored Ramona books growing up, so I was excited to hear there was a movie. Not very familar with Nicholas Sparks book even though i'm a huge reader. The Notebook was good though.

i personally think that acting on a disney show is not really acting because they have to over exagerate everything so it's going to be nice to see if miley or selena can really act in these movies but i do think miley has a harder role than selena

it really has nothing to do with disney.
Emily--Well i'm pretty sure that has something to do with disney.
Disney has helped selena get a music career.
She was signed to hollywood records.
Most of you should know selena had always wanted to be a singer.

Yea I agree. I think its very watered down acting on Disney but I think the Wizards movie really showed Selena's acting skills. She did so good especially during the end part. I think Miley's role is more serious in her movie just because it's a different type of movie but then again don't know why we're comparing 2 different movies to each other anyways. lol

Its really annoying how everyone on oceanup has to turn everything into a competition. Why does everyone have to be compared to each other. None of the stars on disney are alike musically or in acting. They all play extremely different roles and they all have extremely different styles when it comes to music. Selena plays a bratty wizard, Demi plays a sweet funny girl thrown into the industry, Miley plays a sometimes spoiled pop star by night and regular girl by day. Emily plays a quirky outgoing girl. Selena has a more dance, rock feel to her music. Demi has a more edgy soulful rock feel to hers. Miley has a pop feel to hers and Emily has a rock pop feel.
