I actually have been to several tapings of Wizards that she was in, and she was terrible. She screwed up the timing, didn't know her lines, and was late on her cues. They work with her and edit enough that she comes across decent on the show, but she doesn't even come across that great on the show.

Don't get me wrong, I don't intend to be mean; I think she seems like a sweet girl, but I don't think she belongs as an actress. It seems Disney just pulls people off the streets. Obviously she's worked before, but their are so many other people her age that way over-qualify her.

Why are people surprised that no one on Disney can act? What have you been watching? No one knows how they act until they do a REAL movie. Can't wait to see The Last Song.

I heard this is supposed to be one of the more normal shows on Disney. And seeing how people have been complaining about most the shows being about celbrities lately. It might actually do good.

Oh trust me, I'm not surprised haha. I think Selena is pretty decent; nothing outstanding, but by far one of the best on Disney. Demi's okay, but I can't get over how bad Camp Rock was. Their guest stars, on the other hand, are really good for the most part. I don't know why they don't use a lot of them as their stars. The ones they pick all suck.

Disney Channel is just not having success like they used to. Their older viewers(like myself) are growing out of disney channel and are not watching it anymore(I haven't watched disney channel in like 2 years). And their younger viewers are getting bored and are just not into their SAME shows. They need to create something new or take a different route. Maybe create more cartoons?

Yea. I actually like Demi in SWAC. Selena's good, but she plays the same character in everything (ahh, I'm gonna get attacked) HM is just wicked cheesy, so only the serious episodes are where the actors seem good. JONAS, yea....got nothing to say about that.

What is this show about anyway?

I hope this show is about a normal family.
If so, I might really watch it.

Yea Idk, I get really sick of Selena playing the same thing over and over. Like, Miley has only been on one show so it's one character. But Selena in WOWP, SWAC, HM, and PPP was exactly the same. Idk, I'm really really excited to see how Miley did in The Last Song because I was pretty impressed with HMTM.

Let's just let her be the first Bridgit Mendler, not bill her as the next anyone.

She was pretty good in HMTM, but I think that's mostly because she had awesome people around her like Margo Martindale, who is phenomenal. Miley's an okay actress. Definitely above a lot of people, but not on a great level.

I'm interested to see this show. I think it's sort of going back to the "Lizzie McGuire roots" with a show about a normal girl. It'll be a nice change. And I don't get people saying Bridgit can't act as we've seen only a little of her. I think people should at least give her show a chance before bagging on it or her.

And I kind of feel bad for her because she's already going to be put up against Miley and Demi and Selena. It's not even that those girls put up competitions between eachother, everyone else does. Like JB has no competition because they're the only guys. No one says they're trying to be like anyone or be better than anyone. With all the girls though it's unecessary competition.

I say give the show and Bridgit a cance before hoping it get's canceled. For all you now she could end up being one of the better actresses on Disney. I mean, other than Selena I don't think any of the girls can really act but I'm going to give Bridgit a chance.

this show is GOOD! no fame involved. it's about a family of 5. mom, dad, brother, sister, brother. the parents have another baby girl and the 3 kids have to give up like some of their social time and all have to pitch in some of their time to help take care of the little girl, charlie. "good luck charlie" is the same. it's really funny & cute. i've been to two tapings!

She played Alex, the mischevious, troublemaking wizard.
She played Mary, a sweet, caring, shy dancer.
She played Carter, the gloomy, insecure normal teenager.
She played Mikayla, the mean, evil Popstar!
She played Beezus, the sensible, mature sister.
She played HERSELF on Sonny with a Chance.

Of course, all of these characters have similarities, but they each have their differences!! and whether she plays the same character or not, she's STILL the best actress on Disney!! and she still knows how to deliver her lines naturally and give a believable acting performance!

I love how everyone says she can't act, umm...can anyone at Disney? Disney takes people off the streets that look the part, not that are talented. I like this girl though, I wish her the best in her carrear.Its ashame though, that all the Disney teenies get the acting parts when most are dominant in the singing area.
