I'm actually all for Prenups. People can change and there's no telling what could happen once they're married. The way I see is that if Danielle really loves him and it's not about the money, she should sign it. By signing it, she's proving she's not marrying him for his money. Just my two cents.

The money isn't just Kevin's..it's also Nick & Joe's..they have every right to protect it. No, it is not Joe and Nick's money too. They are paid separately. They don't get one big check that is made out to the "Jonas Brothers". Apperance on Leno? 3 checks. There have completely separate accounts. Joe and Kevin have full control of theirs. Nick's is 85% in a trust controlled by his parents, and 15% in a Coogan account that NO ONE can touch. Kevin is protecting HIS money. If anything went wrong in the marriage, it would be his money at risk. Any joint ventures entered into prior to the marriage, like their record label or the Texas house, could not be touched by Danielle. This is basic legal stuff, folks. A lot of fans think the Jonas parents make them share everything equally, but they have no say at all in that. They aren't even always paid the same. Nick gets royalties for songs that he wrote solo that Kevin and Joe don't get. Joe got more salary for Camp Rock, and for judging AI. Just because they are family does not mean they share everything.

Okay, everyone's saying that if Kevin really loved Danielle, then he wouldn't make her sign a prenup.

Yea, but the point I am trying to make is that kevin will still be a MILLIONAIRE if the unthinkable happens, but if he gets the prenup, there will be a lack of trust in the relationship from the start that will cause problems down the road.

I don't think she has a real job I think maybe she helps them with some things, but as far as having an actual full time or part time job, I don't think so. I have a feeling Kevin told her to take it easy and just worry about wedding planning as of right now.

That article is a fail haha, when you go on the site of the source to the article on the site, it says they got engaged in july after 3 years of dating.
They only met in spring of 2007, haven't even known each other for 3 years yet.
