I think he is an alcholic, he drinks heavily and Kirsten Stewart is a druggie. They both look so unhealthy and out of it half the time. They are both somewhat wierd too.
Taylor Lautner is the only one that seems healthy and fit and normal. He deals with it all well.

He could drink and smoke a lot, but from what people say, he's one of the nicest people in the acting industry. Beside the smoking and drinking, he's a really good guy.
