Miley Cyrus apparently can't handle life without a Jonas brother as she was seen hanging out with arm and arm with Joe Jonas at Guavaween in Tampa, Florida for Halloween.

Bystanders witnessed the two kissing, canoodling and talking very intimately.

A friend of Cyrus confirms that Joe Jonas began sending flowers to Miley a couple of months ago with sweet

cards.

Joe Jonas's rep would not confirm or deny if the two have been dating, but assures me that they have an amicable relationship.

selena and JB just pretend that they're more grateful for their fame. You can HEAR the fakeness in their voices whenever they're talking to fans in interviews/videos and stuff. they're all a bit spoiled and bothered by the fame to an extent. try taking AP classes and fighting for jobs just to go to earn more money for more school and more working. i think all celebs need a bit of a lesson.
