Well if you really think about miley has giving steps and served as a role model on how to deal with bullying and how to stand up to people and haters.

Miley is an inspiration on how people will try to step on you and bring you down and even friends who you never thought will betrayed you do betrayed. She dealt with all that and she keep her head up high and instead of giving up, or finding negative aspects of dealing with so embarrassement in public. She got back up and show everyone what she made out off the thickest skin of all disney girls. She showed the weaks to deal with hate, backstabbers friends and how to deal with it, by going after your aspiration, your dreams, your goals and focus on all that energy into your dreams among other things.

Yep, I totally understand what this girl is talking about. I look at Miley and I think it's amazing that this 16 year old girl is not scared to show who she really is, she wears what she wants and says what she wants and I love that she's just living life to her own hearts content. Just being a fan of hers encouraged me to just think about how I would feel if I could just ignore what others think about me and I realized that when I am living my last moments here on Earth, I want to be able to say that I had no regrets and that I am satisfied with the life I lived. I became a better person because of her and I am grateful to have her as my role model. I respect her not because I want to look like her, to wear the same clothes, or dance like her, but because I think of how she must feel on days where theres alot weighing in on her mind, how heavy her heart must feel and she still wakes up the next day and continues to do what she loves.

While I am no where near suicidal, I can personally say that listening to Miley's song, any song, cheers me up alot and puts me in a better mood. You don't have to understand what I am talking about, but i'm just saying, people have different ways to react to things and I react by smiling when I hear any of her songs.

Miley doesn't know it, but her positive influence kept me from suicide.

Ok...that's cool and all, but the whole 'positive influence' baffles me. She doesn't really even know her...and the most she might see her in is Hannah Montana or in concert...I just, I'm very confused on how these fans get the idea that their favorite celebrity saves them from depression or what not. Actually i value my life and i am thankful for it everyday.

I am a really positive and extremely honest person. I am always happy and i am always joking around. It makes me sad to see girls take for granted their life and not cheerish the wonders of it.

But i seeing not all are born with a strong sense of mentality, and self-esteem and sometimes those girls need some guidance and miley has provided that for them, thru her persevarance goal in life as well as a lesson to stand up for yourself. She has been a good teachers to those who are weak. Remember you can never learn nothing from someone who potrays to act perfect, or look up to that person on how to deal with life issues, that not a role model. A role model is someone like miley who people try to destroy and she did not let them bring them down, but she showed all teenagers to never let any of this people get in your head and she showed them thru her example how to do it. To me that a true role model.

A role model is someone like miley who people try to destroy and she did not let them bring them down, but she showed all teenagers to never let any of this people get in your head and she showed them thru her example how to do it. To me that a true role model.

Dude. He was on fucking broadway when he was only like, what, 8 years old? And of course Miley was richer, her Dad was already a star. The Jonas Brothers were pastor boys, but I don't think that really kept them from living the dream...obviously, as you can see now.

All the more reason to respect him. The dude had nothing and still managed to find Change for the Children with his Father when he was only 13, AND get signed on to a record deal. Honestly, I feel as though you say these things on purpose just to make everyon turn against Miley, and that's not cool. Think before you talk out of your ass. Nick and Miley don't deserve the hate.

No one bashed Nick. They were pointing out the double standards. Liam was acting before he met Miley, he was cast in TLS before he met Miley, yet people are claiming he is using her. They obviously became close by spending so much time together, the younger cast mates didn't even stay in GA for the entire summer, they would come and go for weeks at a time. And the same magazine who reported that his "GF" gave an interview also said Miley's half brother talked to them as well, so I don't know why people actually believe that. Not bashing you, just explaining that some people are ignorant and theres alot of double standards when it comes to Miley.
