John Mayer talked to Access Hollywood about Taylor: 'There’s something about Taylor that she would have been a star in any decade. Taylor’s like this fresh voice.. I don’t normally make records to share tracks with people.
I’ve never had somebody’s name underneath the title of my song and I couldn’t be happier that she’s on there. I consider her a friend. I think she’s a really remarkable person and it’ll be nice to have her name on the record for the rest of my life.
Taylor Swift is the last person to know she’s Taylor Swift, which I think is totally sweet. It’s almost like Taylor Swift is like a character in a movie about a small town girl who has her dreams come true and what any small time girl would do when their dreams come true is to freak out.
I still like it that she freaks out, but pretty soon she’s gonna have to stop because it’s sort of like, ‘You’re that good. You’re that good. You might have to go to therapy and have someone else tell you you’re that good.'

I don't agree at all with what John said about Taylor eventually having to stop being surprised about her success. Her humbleness is a reason why I think a lot of her fans love her so much, and to see her get on stage and accept an award like a lot of other people who feel entitled to the award would just make me sad. I don't want her to start thinking she's entitled to things, I know it's almost not a shock now when she beats all these records and wins all these awards because she's broken so many barriers already but through it all none of it has seemed to go to her head.. and I hope it never does.

I work at Justice and at one point we did have Taylor Swift folders,copy books,t shirts,bracelets,and a ugly pink bandanna with her face on it.They didn't really sell though.
i think that the greeting cards is really good.. and yeah it's a marketing technique but luckily with the cards i don't think it's going to be her face on a card.. it will just be really cute and girly like she is :)

And the fight goes on! The Jonas Brothers’ performed in Birmingham, UK yesterday, November 17. During the performance for “Much Better”, Joe Jonas decided to add some sound effects at the end of the opening stanza. Right after he sang, “And all the tears on her guitar” he added, “Waah, waah, waah” like a baby crying.
Everyone knows “Much Better” was written about Joe’s ex, Taylor Swift. I guess Joe has seen Ms. Swift’s appearances lately where she’s put Joe down (namely Taylor’s SNL monologue!). Not the retaliation I would have expected, but it’s nice to see Joe not letting Taylor’s trash talking slide.
