oceanUP FAN ART CONTEST for Spring/ Summer 2009 has officially
begun. Basically, it's a dedication to devoted FAN ART creators on
Photobucket & Flickr. You just need to put the word 'oceanUP' or 'oceanUP.com' somewhere in the FAN ART.

Rules: It must be PG-13 rated. No full on nudity. Limited vulgar language. Include the word 'oceanUP' or 'oceanUP.com'. It's Spring/ Summer theme, which is fun, so basically Miley and Selena in their bikinis with the 'Best
Friends Forever' in glitter graphics written above them.
